Under the direction of the First Vice President, Director of Sales, you will be responsible for supervising, motivating and coaching branch management staff in all aspects of sales, service, and staff development. Your primary duties involve achievement of sales goals with a focus on business development resulting in low cost deposit growth, creating a culture of clear expectations of the Bank's goals and objectives, department strategies and individual employee responsibilities, coaching to achieve sales excellence, and ensuring the delivery of high quality service. You must have a strong sales and service orientation and demonstrate an ability to lead and motivate others while demonstrating the ability to meet assigned profitability goals.

Qualified candidates will posses ten years of related financial services and sales management experience. Thorough knowledge of bank policies and procedures and successful business development, sales and service skills is also required. The ability to coach and motivate staff to meet sales and customer service goals as well as the ability to make prompt and qualified decisions is a must.
