JOB DESCRIPTIONVice President of Sales needed for a MASSIVELY EXPANDING EMPLOYER/HIGHLY REGARDED INDUSTRY KEY PLAYER HIGHLY REGARDED & WELL RESPECTED COSMETICS CO. is actively interviewing for a Vice President of National Accounts due to growth. Ideal individual should be able to handle matters with a results oriented & innovative mindset. As the appointed Professional you will successfully maintain business partnerships with key accounts to continue to develop sales plan and to develop business strategies; Assess strengths and weaknesses so that further development of common business opportunities is exploited and potential risk factors are reduced with major retailers such as Nordstrom, Macy's, ULTA, Sephora, etc..In addition, you will have the autonomy to implement a marketing calendar in alignment with yearly goals of retailers; Carefully manage promotional conflict calendars; Plan and execute advertising strategies; Execute customer retention strategies using appropriate mediums; Manage budgets and profit objectives; Plan, implement, control and deliver annual stock and sales plans and profitability goals; Manage P&L?s of assigned accounts assessing their strengths and weaknesses so that best decisions are made; Coordinate all collateral and sample programs for key accounts.
