JOB DESCRIPTIONMASSIVELY EXPANDING COSMETICS CO. is actively interviewing and eager to select a VP of Sales as a newly created role due to GROWTH. As the VP of Sales to this REPUTABLE Co. Selected partner will be appointed to execute the exciting responsibility of developing new distribution plan for international markets.Maintain highly intense relationships with key accounts to make sales plan and to develop their business strategies. Assess their strengths and weaknesses so that further development of common business opportunities is exploited and potential risk factors are reduced.Develop marketing calendar in alignment with yearly goal. Carefully manage promotional conflict calendars.Plan and execute advertising strategies. Execute customer retention strategies using appropriate mediums.
Manage budgets and profit objectives. Plan, implement, control and deliver annual stock and sales plans and profitability goals. Manage P&L?s of assigned accounts assessing their strengths and weaknesses so that best decisions are made.Ensure that best decisions are made with regards to allotted dollars in T&E, construction, and in store budgets working with and through direct reports.Coordinate all collateral and sample programs for key accounts.
