JOB DESCRIPTIONOur client, a global telecommunications company is actively searching for a VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES to add to its Revenue Generation Team.
This VP role will be part of the world's largest network of Inside Sales and Sales Models beyond 'Feet on the Street' experts, who contribute best practices to our central Inside Sales content. In addition, this person will have experience selling high value, high complexity, and long sales cycle solutions to new and existing Executive Leadership clients. This person will oversee 8-12 direct reports that consists Director of Sales, Account Mangers, and Team Sales Leads.
To be successful in this role, qualified candidates will need to come to the table with a clear understanding of trends in the B2B Health Care vertical (Med Device Preferred) and the impact that our services can have on our client partners' bottom line. Additionally, documented success in leading/directing an experienced sales team, managing the Funnel Development Process Model and Win Rate Initiatives. Much of this role will involve assisting our sales team in winning new business to ensure Revenue Generation new business goal is attained or exceeded, so it's critical to have proven sales competency.
_Applicant for this job will be expected to meet the following minimum qualifications._
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in Business
Administration, marketing, or a related field required
Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational
Minimum nine years of increasingly responsible management experience and a minimum of
three years sales, marketing, or related experience required
