A Call Transfer Vacation Advisor will receive Inbound/Call Transfer calls from customers who have been transferred from one of the reservations centers resulting in an inbound phone call and attempt to sell a marketing package for a discounted mini-vacation at one of our resorts with and active sales center. What will I be doing? Sells mini-vacations packages for multiple property locations following the business rules for corporate telemarketing both in an inbound and outbound mode. Maintain an upbeat positive and motivated demeanor especially when interacting with Hilton guest, co-workers, supervisors and managers. Maintain individual sales and marketing goals for performance measures. Ensures guest meets minimum eligibility requirements to tour sales center. Use teledirect application and Voice to sell and process package sales. Distributes only HGV authorized information, and ensures that information is accurate. * Call back potential clients when necessary and approved by supervisor to follow up regarding package prospect. * Create interest and excitement about HGV ownership and resorts. * Meets every customer with a smile and sincerely thanks guest for their time. * Carry out all reasonable request of management. Basic Qualifications *1 year commission sales experience *Basic computer skills. *Inbound call center experience *Detailed and goal oriented. *Timeshare industry knowledge. *Abililty to handle challenging customers and phone calls.
