POSITION: VoIP Support Engineer

LOCATION: Draper, UT

DURATION: Fulltime Permanent Position

WORK SCHEDULE: Flexible to work project expected shifts between 5AM to 7PM {40 Hours per week}

JOB DESCRIPTION:

* You will be responsible for troubleshooting consumer VOIP PRODUCTS FOR THE INDUSTRY LEADER IN HOME AND BUSINESS VOIP COMMUNICATIONS
* Demonstrate strong work ethics and advanced organizational skills.
* Good time management and ability to effectively work with tight schedules in a fast paced environment
* Ability to reason and think logically
* Ability to apply judgment, implements solutions, and resolve conflicts, all in a multi-tasked environment
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with good written & oral skills, enabling to explain complex technical issues & resolutions

* The ability to liaise with carriers, vendors and internal departments
* Excellent understanding of the technical fundamentals of the Networking

PREFERRED SKILLS & ABILITY:

* 3+ Yrs. of experience in NETWORK SUPPORT OR TROUBLESHOOTING
* Good understanding and ability to perform basic troubleshooting of LAN/WAN, ROUTERS, PBX, FIREWALLS, SWITCHES, TCP/IP, MULTIPLEXERS, GATEWAYS ETC.
* Support CISCO CUCM, UNITY, IM&P, UCCX, AGENT DESKTOP, UCS SERVERS AND SIP/CUBE GATEWAYS.
* Knowledge of internet protocols such as SSH, FTP, SFTP & HTTP, as well as the ability to use diagnostic tools such as trace route, ping, dig, etc
* Ability to troubleshoot various NW & VOIP devices
* Logical thinking
* Good knowledge on SIP, TRUNKING, SWITCHING & ROUTING
* CCNA, Network+ or other industry Certification strongly preferred
* Certifications: N+, CCNA will be an advantage
