Representing the National Service Center for Environmental Publications Working in a call center environment respond to incoming telephone calls from the general public for Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) publication information, reference materials and publication orders. Input customer information, publication ID numbers and order quantities into a Customer Management Application. Data enter publications orders received from fax and e mail into the Customer Management Application. Maneuver through various government web sites for information.
