We are seeking a Floating Branch Manager who will travel as needed for short and long term assignments throughout the West and Midwest regions of the United States. The ideal candidate will be open to future relocation.

We are seeking a motivational leader with a passion for customer service, a drive for success and strong training skills. A successful Floating Branch Manager at Oakwood has a ?can do? attitude and will roll up their sleeves, jump in and be a ?hands on? leader.

In this role, you will lead and direct the Home Services team to achieve revenue, budget and customer satisfaction goals by ensuring our standards of service delivery are maintained. Our Home Services Division provides apartment set-up, housekeeping and related services to our furnished apartments. Additionally, this division oversees our warehouse operations and employs utility workers, warehousemen and drivers.

-**This position requires candidates to be bilingual (Spanish/English). Part of the interview may be conducted in Spanish.***

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Exceed expectations of guests and clients at all times
-Manage competing multiple tasks and working within tight deadlines
-Recruit, hire, coach, discipline and terminate employees as needed
-Develop, implement and manage employee schedules
-Manage the P&L, budgets and monthly reporting

Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS:

?Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
?Five or more years hotel or service related management experience; warehouse experience would be a plus
?Experience managing teams of 10 or more
?Budgets, financial reports, P&L experience is required
?Professional and polished customer service and communication skills
?Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
?Possess a valid driver?s license
?Must be fluent in Spanish and English
?Ability to travel 75% of the time for extended periods of time is required (When not on assignment, this position will be based at one of our west coast offices (Hayward, CA, Burbank, CA or Huntington Beach, CA.)
?Must be open to future relocation
