JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS MANAGER:
Wolfpack Wholesale Inc. is a leading provider of e-liquids in the e-cigarette industry. The e-cigarette business is a growing market; Wolfpack is looking to expand its global business unit, located in Dublin, Ireland. Because of this continued growth, Wolfpack Global, subsidiary of Wolfpack Wholesale, has an opportunity for an experienced individual who can standup warehouse production and distribution efforts to an exceptional standard of efficiency and organisation. The individual will be operating from a 13, square warehouse centre, and manage the daily activities of the business from manufacturing to distribution of goods out to customers. This will be a start-up environment with high growth potential and opportunities.
THE ROLE REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
*Build and maintain warehouse manufacturing and distribution from the ground up.
*Ability to development and implement effective best practices.
*Overall responsibility for all movement of goods through the logistical process.
*Manage, mentor and develop a team of operatives and supervisors ensuring optimum resources in place to meet the needs of the business.
*Help foster positive working environment where best practices and high standards of workplace organisation are maintained.
*Review ongoing efficiency of the department reducing waste and optimising resources.
*Cooperate with other department teams ensuring overall objectives for the company and its customers are achieved.
*Maintain strong communication with US counterparts and sales representatives.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD BE:
*Highly organised individual with excellent attention to detail and ability to solve any problems that arise in new market.
*Ability to scale and manage growing operations efficiently and effectively.
*Management level experience in distribution and/or manufacturing environments.
*Knowledge and experience in using warehouse or production management systems.
*Ability to manage large teams with experience in measuring and improving productivity.
*Knowledge of developing and implementing strong and robust systems to ensure consistency in work flow with high degree of quality control.
*Knowledge and experience in LEAN or Sigma Six approach would be highly desirable.
BASIC JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
*Experience in Operations, Manufacturing, and/or Distribution.
*Supervisory experience; managing processes, people, and data.
*Effectively able to communicate with international business partners and customers.
*Intermediate computer and database skills.
*Ability to work flexible hours.
*Forklift certification a plus.
*Experience with continuous improvement (i.e. Lean / Six Sigma Certification) a plus.
*Irish citizenship a plus.
The role is currently Monday to Friday on a full time permanent position. Days and hours may change as company needs progress. Remuneration is negotiable on successful selection for the position.
