The Warehouse Operator will be responsible for preparing shipments for transport, receive, put away, pick, and ship product to customers through duties such as labeling and sequencing. Warehouse Operator may also operate a forklift, tug, or other powered material handling equipment (MHE).
(Specific job functions include but not limited to the following)
Duties may include receiving, put-away, picking, replenishment, loading and staging.
Must follow [more] all company safety policies and procedures.
Accountable for safe and efficient operation of the MHE including daily maintenance.
Adhere to all Quality standards, policies, and procedures.
Maintain clean and safe work environment.
Maintain inventory control and proper stock rotation.
May assist in physical inventories or cycle counting.
Comply with all implemented processes.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic oral and written communication skills (English)
Basic numerical skills
Must be able to learn to operate all MHE.
Work in a team environment.
Must be able to learn to use RF Scan guns and system equipment.
Must have a good performance history.
Must have good attendance history.
Must have good safety record (no safety related discipline in past 12 months).
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma preferred, or 1 or more years of experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Previous MHE experience preferred; but not required.
Previous Warehouse picking, packing, receiving, inventory control experience preferred; but not required.
Previous RF scanner experience preferred; but not required.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Lift up to 50 lbs unassisted occasionally and lift up to 25 pounds frequently.
Standing and walking on feet for up to 10 hours (including OT).
Constant bending, twisting, stooping, and reaching below and above shoulders.
Push/Pull products up to 50 pounds
$12.00 to $13.50 per Hour
