We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Warranty Administrator in Houston or San Antonio, TX.

The Warranty Claim Administration process warranty claims, verify past claims and manually enter new claims into database system, issue warranty credits, answer questions relating to warranty policy/procedure., follow-up with dealers via email or phone on warranty issues. Provide warranty support to cross functional departments including stores and sales staff in the South Texas Region of CE. The ability to multi-task and handle high call volume of customer inquiries in a call center environment. Will also assist with special projects as required.
*AA/AS degree with 2 - 5 years experience required in Business or related field.
*Solid organizational skills and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
*Effective decision make and problem solving skills
*Must be well organized and detail oriented *Ability to effectively analyze and interpret data
*Good analytical and critical thinking skills
*Must have strong PC skills and above average Microsoft Office skills to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access and other web based applications
*Good interpersonal communication skills and ability to always maintain a professional and pleasant demeanor Additional Information:
