The major purpose of this position is to assist the After Sales Department with campaign related claims. The main responsibility would be to manage the Warranty team, provide customer support, coordinate with other related departments, and create reportsunder the Warranty director.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
o Review ongoing issue throughout the day to ensure claims are processed.
o Resolve any issue that develops.
o Interact directly with customers, vendors, shops and coworkers to research and resolve warranty issues.
o Negotiate claims within set guidelines.
o Oversee departmental systems to maintain information accuracy.
o Gather and review data for reporting purpose.
o Prepare and present special projects summaries and reports.
Bachelor's degree (Preferred: Engineering)
Minimum 2 years manager level experience
Transportation background (trailer industry)
Ability to travel to Tijuana
Able to work overtime as required
