Ready? Let???s Get to Work.Description and Desired QualificationsCH2M HILL Water Waste Water Project Manager Jobs - Las Campanas, NM The challenge? To provide a range of custom-tailored operations and maintenance solutions at our client's site in Las Campanas, NM.The Project Manager I in Las Campanas leads the 3-person team delivering services under two agreements in Las Campanas and one satellite in Turquoise Trails. The position is responsible for the overall management and leadership of the project including profit and loss, permit compliance, safety, quality, and client relationship management. Also provides leadership and management for all personnel functions including staffing, compensation, training and development, progressive discipline, rewards and recognition, and termination in accordance with standard company policy. Is also responsible for the planning, organization, operations, maintenance, and improvement of the facility or facilities that he/she manages. Located just northwest of Santa Fe, New Mexico, Las Campanas is a ???high end??? resort community with a population of approximately 1,000 people. We enjoy clear, sunny days throughout the year with mild winters and wonderful summers. There is hiking, skiing, fishing, hunting and other outdoor activities available within 50 miles. Santa Fe is also well known for its devotion to the fine arts and southwest culture. Las Campanas is a purchased water system with over 50 miles of distribution and collection system one booster pump station and 6 pressure zones. The collection system contains 10 liftstations and treatment is accomplished by SBR. The effluent is applied to Las Campanas??? world class golf course. The scope of services for the water systems includes chlorination and valve interface; pressure pump system, fire pump, and backup power system;installation and reading of water meters; and providing water interface for thepotable tank (750,000 gallons) and golf course water supply. Our Water Waste Water Project Manager: Implements Operations and Maintenance safety policy and procedures Maintains the operation process control including compliance with regulatory agencies Develops and administers the project financial plan and budget Provides leadership in the O&MBG quality process Follows company policy and procedure Develops the annual Project Business Plan Is familiar with wastewater and water process control Performs other duties as required Basic QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED Minimum 6+ years experience in the operation and maintenance of a water/wastewater facil
