JOB DESCRIPTIONPosition Description
The SEI Wealth Platform Transition Manager plays an integral role in the transition of the Advisor Market Unit s clients from the legacy platform (Trust 3000) to the SEI Wealth Platform and will play a key role in the on-boarding of new firms on the SEI Wealth Platform. This position will also be responsible for defining and building sustainable processes to ensure efficient SEI Wealth Platform client transitions, new client on-boarding, and client communications for the SEI Advisor Market.
Key responsibilities include:
Data analysis on transition candidate firms
Process and/or technology discovery with transition candidate (including review of existing legacy configurations)
Coordination with Middle Office on the data cleansing for transition candidate firms
Coordination with the Advisor Market Sales Teams in securing all required documents in preparation for client transition events
SEI Wealth Platform firm initiation including firm user set-up and validation that the initiation tools have been executed properly. Problem resolution with the Implementation Team and Platform Delivery as necessary.
Execution and monitoring of various client side implementation tasks, with communication to the candidate firms as necessary
Implementation of new or enhanced services to existing clients as necessary
Participation with the Advisor Market Solutions team on requirement definition and design walkthroughs, providing end to end client process feedback
Assistance in the research required to develop Wealth Platform educational content
Participation and/or management of various projects within the Transition Management Team
Client advocate when interacting with other SEI teams
Issue identification, research, and resolution
Support of the Clients, Sales, and Middle Office in advance of and following client transition events
Testing of Wealth Platform tools and processes as appropriate to support the client transition and education activities
Conduct client and internal meetings as appropriate

Minimum of 5 years experience in a client service/management, client implementation, or project management role with direct client responsibility
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
Investment processing knowledge
Knowledge of the SEI Private Trust Company processes preferred
Knowledge of the SEI Wealth Platform functionality preferred
Experience supporting the US Advisors preferred
