span Modis has a job opening for a web marketing project manager for a great client in Waltham Mass. The web marketing program manager drives and implements web strategy in partnership with technical resources, relevant business units, and the e-Strategy Committee.  The web marketing program manager serves as the central resource and marketing leader for all web-related and digital innovations, including information architecture, site structure, usability, functionality, development, design, content strategy and processes, digital, mobile and other applications. The program manager partners with marketing and publications, including usability and innovation to adapt to evolving business and product needs. The program manager is accountable for expanding the usage of and measurably improving users’ experience of electronic channels, and for enhancing the value of users’ online experiences. The web marketing program manager leads the content strategy and delivery process; creates and analyzes metrics to understand usage and identify opportunities for improvement; anticipates and responds to market needs and opportunities for new capabilities and functionality; reviews competitor offerings and best practices from across industries, serves as an advisor to business units to recommend and shape new initiatives, and manages the web as a channel in concert with overall mobile, e-strategy and digital strategy. br   br JOB  RESPONSIBILITIES br -Develop strategy and execute plans for continuous and breakthrough improvements to digital and e-properties. Lead efforts to increase adoption and usage, enhance and increase functionality, expand content, improve usability and design, refine and leverage analytics, and maintain industry-leading architecture and user experience. Build business cases for web-related projects and implement strategy in conjunction with key internal and external stakeholders. br -Work with internal departments to manage each area’s online business objectives. Serve as expert advisor to proactively recommend enhancements to meet departmental needs and objectives and partner with business owners to help shape and guide requests for new features, functionality, or information architecture. Serve as central business contact for all web projects, and partner with IT team and the Enterprise to prioritize requests according to business strategies, and oversee their completion. Manage, integrate, and prioritize needs to meet internal goals and targets. Oversee deliverables and schedules to ensure a continually fresh and consistent experience for users. Lead web enhancement and development projects. Define objectives, establish requirements, develop and manage project schedules, manage deliverables, create and execute testing plans, launch new features, and evaluate the enhancements.
