It is the responsibility of the Webcast Reservations Specialist to provide technical and production vetting for ongoing TalkPoint iMeetLive webcasting orders. They are an overlay between the PGi reservations team and TalkPoint sales, making sure that reservations from a client can be successfully fulfilled by production staff and is flagged for adequate billing/delivery.

Provide Professional customer Service to external clients• Vetting new webcast requests (both from PGi’s multi-product reservations team and from direct client-to-TalkPoint booking requests)• Directly interfacing with clients about webcasting services, verifying the technology needs for their events

Communicate and collaborate with internal clients• Consulting with Broadcast Desk and Video Acquisition teams about the feasibility of complex projects.• For client’s needing a trial account, submit a request with the Software Support Group, outlining the features of the request• Consult with PGi Reservations team for clarification on orders requested and confirm protocols as needed.• Responsible for pre and post event order adjustments

Responsible for the Order Entry Process• Enters approved orders as Production Service Requests and as a new opportunity in SalesForce (verifying processing 4-20 orders a day—possibly more for North America)• Accurately reviews online orders from the Formsite. Can create, update and maintain custom forms to meet individual customer needs.• Enters customer request into the Operations Support System.

Responsible for the review process• Updating original order form where Res Desk’s investigation has changed the scope of the event• Confirms that incoming orders are accurate and anomalies confirmed with standard product offering.• Confirms feasibility of order request.• Follows revision process outlined for customer success.• Notifies Account Rep of contract impacting changes


Bachelor’s degree in Business or Communication related fields (or 3 years-experience in Webcasting services or Digital Media)


• Understanding of SalesForce • Experience with CRM and CMS tools • Familiarity with video acquisition types and webcasting a plus
