Job Description
A Welding Engineer with pressure vessel design and fabrication experience is needed for a boiler company located north of Tulsa. This is a temp-to-perm assignment.ResponsibilitiesDevelops welding techniques, procedures, and application of welding equipment to solve problems involving fabrication of metals, utilizing knowledge of production specifications, properties and characteristics of metals and metal alloys, and engineering principlesManage Welding and NDE MapsDesign welding proceduresSolve welding related issuesProvide welding related technical direction to project managementLead technical improvements to welding processesManage Welding Procedure qualificationsRequirementsDegree in a closely related field preferred with 2-4 years experience2-4 years experience in pressure vessel design and fabricationKnowledge of ACAD design and/or draftingKnowledge of metallurgyBenefitsHealth insurancePaid vacation 401kPer diem
