The Welcome Office & Welcome Desk/Whatever-Whenever offer constant guest interaction, with the most diverse operating exposure in the hotel. Job Description Answers and directs incoming calls from inside and outside the hotel. Identifies all guest needs, reservations, handles their requests. Dispatches Whatever/Whenever delivery attendants and other hotel staff via two-way radio and telephone. The Whatever/Whenever(R) Agent is a back-of-the-house concierge. Requirements Prior hospitality experience preferred. Strong Customer Service experience required. Must be able to work a flexible work shift.
