Aon Is Looking For Sales Solutions Analyst

As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Cloud Deployment Solutions business group within Aon Hewitt, in Miami, Florida and Lincolnshire, Illinois. As a Sales Solution Analyst, you will report directly to the Domain Manager.

Your Impact As A Sales Solutions Analyst

Responsibilities:

* Work with sales executives and operational leaders to obtain an in-depth understanding of cloud software deployments specifically Workday.

* Work with sales executive during the sales process to draft RFP responses.

* Work with sales executives and operation leaders to draft Proposal and SOW responses.

* Help draft executive summaries for prospects during the sales process.

* Own all presentation collateral used during the sales cycle.

* Draft team profiles and alter consultant resumes to assure consistency.

* Work with operational teams to draft case studies and white papers

* Work with operational leaders, marketing and commercial operations to create base sales material and contract documentation

* Own proposal content and updates to Qvidian library

* Research and draft competitor profiles

SKILLS:

* Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Sharepoint

* Proven technical writing experience

* Ability to deliver high quality technical writing paying attention to details

* Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures

* Strong verbal communication skills

* The ability to work as an integral part of a team, fostering teamwork and cultivating relationships, as well as work independently or with minimal direction

* Experience in the software industry preferred, specifically Workday or other HR/ERP platforms

* Effectively multitask while maintaining flexibility in fast-paced work environment.

* Prioritize tasks from most important to least and use active verbs to start your sentences

* Business Analysis experience which is the knowledge and experience with translating business requirements into system requirements.

* High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

* Ability to research and analyze to interpret data or functional concepts.

* Ability and willingness to travel to client sites up to 50% of the time.

* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

* Responds with a sense of urgency to immediate needs.

* Completes assigned tasks within prescribed times based on the deliverables, asks for help when needed.

* Follows directions and asks for clarification of assignments when necessary.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work related experience.

* 2 plus years in an analytical role

* Competency in Excel, experience with CRM systems (particularly SFDC) a plus.

* Good communication skills--both verbal and written.

* Sound judgment in decision making--should have adaptive skills and a flexible mindset

* Results driven, excellent attention to detail, with strong analytical and follow-up skills.

* Capable of mastering the business, quick thinker with a high sense of urgency.

* Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks.

* Ability to meet time sensitive deadlines; extended work hours, and occasional weekends.
