The Youth Instructor will be responsible for instructing and supervising children in childcare programs at PRO Sports Club. The Youth Instructor will assist with the care and supervision of children visiting our child care center. This position will also work with children and infants of various ages in a fun, learning environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Attend all staff meetings
- Monitoring of all supplies in your department with inventory
- Daily billing
- Staff schedules
- Weekly meetings with the Activities Director
- Enforcing club policies and procedure
- Supervision of people working in their program. (including reviews)
- Cleaning of area
- Purchasing supplies with petty cash fund
- Weekly tracking reports and event calendars
- Moderating cleaning and daily opening task sheets
- Overseeing reservation program
- Supervision of all special events and out of club activities relating to youth programs at the discretion of the Activity Director
- Working daily with the children who enter your area
- Must have a cooperative attitude and be willing to work extra hours and be flexible
- Parent handbook distribution
- Parent sign in and out
- Ensure the safety of the children in your areas care
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management

Required Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills
- CPR/Infant CPR Certification
- Previous employment working with children
