Our Enterprise Account Executives work direct with a named list of accounts to build and grow revenue on behalf of Monster and its interactive sites Monster, Military.com, Fastweb, Affinity Labs and Monster Communities. You are an expert at identifying and solving problems for clients/prospects through research, a discovery process and learning about their business and industry. You identify multiple decision makers throughout the organization and present data driven, strategic solutions that yield strong, meaningful, customer outcomes. You are organized driven and outstanding at cultivating new client relationships in order to grow revenue and exceed quota. You understand revenue is a bi product of strong client success and are genuinely passionate about helping your clients/prospects become efficient and successful. Job Requirements
* Strategically manage a sales pipeline to maximize revenue while providing accurate and timely forecasts * Proactively manage the entire sales cycle and be able to articulate your business with your leadership team. * Create reliable forecasts and be completely transparent with management on the pipeline status * Close new business consistently at or above quota level * Develop and execute on a strategic sales plan to win for the territory and document and distribute competitive information * Invest in colleagues and give coaching and advice when you see an opportunity for improvement * Demonstrate intense motivation to sell, gain market share, and win * Be proactive about solving problems even if it s outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge * Seek out opportunities to be a leader and do everything you can to help the company achieve its larger objectives * Demonstrate understanding of the competitors in the region while developing sales strategies to compete and win * Coordinate and participate in industry association functions and professional organizations * Travel required (approximately 25% of the time)
* 5+ years of Sales Experience * Bachelor s degree * Experience with recruiting, recruitment media or HR software * Experience with Salesforce.com platform * Experience selling SaaS and/or recruiting solutions * Strong negotiation and accurate forecasting skills * Excels at developing relationships in assigned territory with key decision makers * Consistent successful history meeting and exceeding monthly/annual sales quotas * Dynamic at presentations and public speaking * Must be articulate, motivated and organized * Ability to assess business opportunities and use data to inform decision making and persuade others * Must have a self starting attitude and be able to work in a remote work environment * Highly ethical and a strong team player * Demonstrated ability to find, manage and close high-level business in a fast paced sales environment * Strong ability to manage a large number of prospect situations simultaneously while growing a book of business of named accounts
