Provides administrative support to the Materials
Management Department. Develop and maintain professional
relationships with garment vendors as well as other
departments within the company through daily business
contacts. Monitor purchase orders. Communicate delivery
schedules for expected garments, as needed. Be
self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills;
be polite, courteous, pleasant and professional.
Must be able to operate:
Word, Excel, and Access on an intermediate level.
An overall knowledge of math, grammar, as well as the
ability to follow directions and retain information is

Organizational Skills, Work well with others as well as
