Superior Group, an Aleron company, has an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Administrative Assistant.

Job Summary:
Supports site operations with administrative tasks and general office functions. Position will be located at our corporate office and will support a specific client.

Essential Duties (not necessarily in order of importance):

Review and process new hire paperwork.

Provide step by step instructions for how to correctly complete paperwork.

Interact with customers and candidates daily.

Maintain files and search files/records for readily identifiable information.

Greet customers, employees, and visitors and provide information within scope of knowledge or refer to appropriate individuals.

Answer telephones, take messages, and direct incoming calls.

Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, replenish office supplies, and files.

May coordinate the completion of new start paperwork.

May assist with employee relations issues, payroll processing, and resolving payroll discrepancies

Other Duties:

Operates all office machines and duplication equipment.

Responsible for various other administrative duties as directed by Company.

Comply and adhere to all ISO policies and procedures.

Required Skills / Qualifications:

Associate's degree.

1 year of experience in an office environment.

1 year of experience in customer service

1 year of experience with MS Office products including Excel, Outlook and Word

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The ability to work independently
