Superior Group is looking for an Adminstrative Support Position for our client in Long Island, NY

Administrative Assistant - will perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the Branch and/or managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the Branch.

Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
General clerical duties such as document scanning, opening and distributing mail and preparing shipping/invoicing documents.
Required Skills / Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an admin or similar experience

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

Associates Degree or Certification
3 years of administrative support in a warehouse environment
