JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Description
**Temporary positions lasting at least 9 months
2nd and 3rd shifts Available
Performs assembling and/or simple adjusting and fitting of several parts on a semi-
repetitive basis where single or very similar techniques are required.
Performs fitting, adjusting, testing, flushing, and checking.
Must be able to use hand power tools, equipment, simple gauges and test apparatus.
Performs sizing, matching, coining, and final packing operations.
Performs disassembly, sorting, and straightening.
Records counts, scrap, time, etc.
Responsible for quality and quantity of work produced.
Performs a variety of bench operations such as sanding, grinding, trimming, polishing
and hand fitting of parts and assemblies.
Assists in the training of new employee
Responsible for a neat and orderly work area.
Knows and uses Statistical Process Control as appropriate.
Knows and observes all plant and departmental safety practices and procedures
Must have demonstrated mechanical ability.
Must be willing to perform highly repetitive work.
Must be willing and able to work weekends due to production demand
Must be able to understand and follow instructions in English.
