* Provide guests with friendly, knowledgeable and courteous beverage preparation and service in accordance with standard operating, cash control and par stock ordering procedures
* Maintains sanitary condition of the bar area
* Completes side work (stocking, cleaning)
* Creates a comfortable and hospitable atmosphere for guests
* Communicates with Servers, Bus Persons, Cooks, Lead Cook and Manager about guest needs
* Must have fluent knowledge of drink recipes, spirits knowledge, beer knowledge, wine knowledge
* Keep the bar cleaned and stocked
* Must have 2 years current experience in high-volume alcohol service environment
III. Knowledge and skill requirements:
* Possesses valid Techniques of Alcohol Management Card
* Must use FLAG protocol in serving alcohol to anyone under the age of 40
* Possesses valid Clark County Health Department Health Permit
* Understand and comply with all company and departmental rules, regulations, policies and procedures
* Ability to compute and perform basic mathematical problems
* Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff
* Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English
* Ability to handle cash and accurately make change
* Requires knowledge of all liquor laws and regulations concerning the service of alcoholic beverages
* Must be competent in cash handling mathematics
* Extensive knowledge of wines.
* Extensive knowledge of cocktails and mixes
* Able to work all hours
* Excellent customer service skills

* Requires mobility - 100%
* Requires bending, reaching, and prolonged standing - 100%
* Requires accessing items at floor level to six feet
* Must be able to lift, pull and push up to 75 pounds
* Requires maneuvering through crowded floor areas and walking up and down stairs
* Requires normal sense of smell, taste, touch, and sound
* Requires normal vision range and absence of color blindness
* Requires eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity
* Requires the ability to distinguish letters or symbols
* Requires communicating by telephone
* Requires use of electrical equipment
* Requires regular, predictable attendance
