JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Description:
Operate NRF's steam boilers and associated equipment.
Duties include maintenance of chemistry control for the
steam plant, operation of the Domestic Water system, and
operation of NRF Demineralized Water Treatment system.
The optimum candidate is an energetic and enthusiastic
individual looking to increase their responsibilities
and make an impact on site operations. Good
communication skills and the ability to work alone is a
must. Candidate must be available to work 12-hour 4 x 4
shift rotation, qualify as a primary authorized employee
under hazardous energy control, and any other
environmental, safety or health qualification deemed
Certification or license from the City, State, or
nationally recognized agency as a Boiler Operator or
Steam Engineer for a system rate of at least 1200 Boiler
Horse Power (BHP). Equivalent Commercial/Military
experience will be considered. Familiarity with the
operation and maintenance of oil fired steam
boilers/Fire tube boilers and associated equipment.
Attention to detail and ability to work alone is a must.
