JOIN OUR BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION TEAM AS A PROGRAM MANAGER, PROCESS DESIGN LEAD, OR PROCESS AUTOMATION & ANALYTICS LEAD
The BBH Business Transformation team is responsible for designing, implementing and driving process re-engineering and other strategic initiatives forward. As part of this innovative team, you will work closely with business leaders, Systems, Finance and Project Teams to design and execute critical change programs designed to transform our operating model.
The Program Manager defines scope, develops project plans, ensures execution of project tasks, mitigates project risks, resolves issues and manages resources to successfully meet target goals and deliverables. S/he will lead a team of subject matter experts, analysts and other participants to ensure successful project execution in accordance with best practices and standards. The Program Manager provides project updates and communicates effectively to project sponsors, stakeholders and key committees. In addition, the Program Manager will help prioritize projects.
The Process Design Lead executes Lean and Six Sigma initiatives related to Transformation initiatives. S/he will be skilled in application Lean, Six Sigma and Agile methodologies. The individual will work directly with senior leaders and frontline managers to perform operational process deep dives and assist in pain point assessments and applying solutions to enhance efficiency. The Process Design Lead will work closely with other sub-teams on process design, current state and target state analysis. S/he will manage a team of process analysts. The Process Design analyst will support the Process Design Lead and execute specific assignments.
The Process Automation & Analytics Lead reviews existing processes, understands requirements, analyzes data, researches issues, and devises solutions for the project. In addition, s/he may lead user acceptance testing, training, and implementation of new and existing solutions. The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-oriented and understands the impact of the project on the organization as a whole. S/he will lead a team that will partner with other internal teams to investigate emerging technologies and will lead the application of Robotics Process Automation (RPA) throughout the bank in addition to researching and prioritizing applications of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Lead business analysis to determine how business needs will affect the system or product, and clearly articulate the business need and potential solutions with support of insightful analysis and documented evidence.
Lead the project team and various business units in defining scope, planning, budgeting and controlling all project tasks, resources and deliverables. Apply agile methodologies and best practices to ensure successful execution of projects to deliver scope on schedule and within budget.
Work with business and systems colleagues to experiment with emerging technologies and apply to our business challenges. Using continuous process improvement methodologies, deliver target operating model recommendations to stake holders and project sponsors, and implement action plans to achieve required results.
CHANGE LEADERSHIP AND COMMUNICATION:
Assist in driving the adoption of transformation principles and outcomes. Actively manage stakeholder expectations, by providing consistent updates and addressing and resolving problems directly with stakeholders in order to manage their delivery expectations.
* Financial Services industry experience with knowledge of asset servicing operations strongly preferred
* Continuous process improvement expertise and/or certifications (lean, six sigma, etc.)
* Experience working in an agile environment; familiarity with agile development methodologies
* Emerging technology experience (robotics, artificial intelligence) strongly preferred
* Demonstrated understanding of project management principles, tools and techniques including business case development, ROI analysis, planning and issues management
* Results orientation with change management capabilities and experience
* Strong written and oral executive-level communications
* Proven leadership skills
* Creative thinking, intellectual curiosity
* Negotiation and mediation skills
