The Cafeteria Cook is a part of the Cafeteria Team. This person is responsible for preparing and serving meals for team members, keeping the cafeteria clean at all time, complying with health sanitation procedure and Loews Hotels' standards, performing other duties as assigned. Assists Cook l & II with preparation of raw food items prior to cooking. Prepares food items to order, according to approved standardized recipes. Plates food for service, according to established plating/presentation criteria. Ensures that all food served is of the highest quality and that it is served to the guest in a timely manner.
