Job Summary:

Join a team of passionate professionals who are Delivering Care that Changes People s Lives as a leader in the clinical delivery of Centerstone services as Clinical Coordinator. The Clinical Coordinator provides coordination, development, organization, and management of assigned program areas. This includes performing direct client and/or community services as necessary to meet program service obligations, assuring compliance with contracts, grants, standards, regulations, and laws and working with other Management staff to ensure the financial viability of assigned service areas. The Clinical Coordinator is required to use independence (or works under the direction of supervisor) when performing job tasks/providing services. As part of Centerstone s team-oriented philosophy, the Clinical Coordinator is expected to actively participate in a variety of cross-functional teams and performance improvement initiatives. Requirements:

Position requires Master s Degree in human services and two years relevant professional work experience. Clinical licensure (LCPC, LCSW) required; will accept applicants who are able to become licensed within 6 months. Computer and keyboarding experience and skills necessary, or the ability to develop such skills within required timeframes in order to meet the level of proficiency set by the agency. This ensures that automated/electronic systems, including automated documentation systems, can be utilized. Requires successful completion of background checks and ability to utilize computer/electronic systems. Salary based on qualifications and experience.
