The Clinical and Research Program in Pediatric Psychopharmacology and Adult ADHD is one of the largest program in the world evaluating, treating and investigating psychiatric conditions that begin in childhood and adolescent years. For over 30 years, the program has been investigating the causes, course, treatment, and outcomes of attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, pediatric bipolar illness, pediatric depression, pediatric obsessive-compulsive disorder, tourette syndrome, pediatric anxiety disorders, adolescent substance abuse and autism spectrum disorder.

The Clinical and Research Program in Pediatric Psychopharmacology and Adult ADHD/Bressler Program for Autism is seeking to hire Clinical Research Coordinators to assist in both our clinic and research programs.



Conducts phone screens for all potential clinic patients. Interact with patients, including patient education, procedural instruction, follow-up, etc.

Serve as a main contact for study participants from recruitment to monitoring pace and progress of the study(ies).

Complete phone screens to determine study eligibility and schedule subjects for study procedures.

Facilitate study visits, which may include: consenting families upon their arrival for assessments in the office and ensuring study comprehension.

Ensure that all components of the participants' assessments and surveys are properly completed, tracked in the computer database, and filed correctly.

Correspond with the Internal Review Board (IRB) for any protocol amendments and yearly reports as needed.

Correspond with various external regulatory bodies for yearly non-competing renewal for budget and protocol purposes.

Conduct vital signs, blood draws, EKGs, etc. when needed.

Assist with manuscript submission.

Assist with grant submission.

Conduct structure interviews and brief cognitive assessments.

Assist with training.

Candidates should have a BA/BS in Psychology (or related field) with a strong psychology background, research experience and GPA. Some knowledge of standards and guidelines for the conduct of clinical trials is preferred. We are seeking a candidate with exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to work well independently as well as with co-workers, peers, supervisors and external customers, ability to effectively and efficiently handle multiple tasks simultaneously with precision and adapt to changes in responsibilities and workloads, and must possess a high degree of integrity and have a strong work ethic.
