Medpace is a global, full-service Clinical Research Organization (CRO) with a wide range of therapeutic expertise. Our headquarters are located in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA and we are active in over 45 countries across the globe. We are growing rapidly and are looking to add to our team.
Medpace is currently seeking Clinical Trial Managers (CTMs) to help lead non-malignant hematology and immunology trials. We are looking for candidates with a strong scientific background and understanding of immunology and/or hematology, preferably with either PhD and post-doc experience or clinical site experience, who are looking to transition their career from bench or site research to clinical research. Our team is focused on the training and development of new staff.
Medpace is a scientifically led organization involved in full services for our clients, giving the Medpace project teams the empowerment to truly lead and execute clinical trials.
Hematology and Oncology represent a few of Medpace's leading therapeutic areas. We are involved in exciting programs in both solid tumors and hematologic indications, spanning both malignant and non-malignant conditions. Several of the programs we support involve the evaluation of novel immunotherapy treatments for these conditions. Our physicians are truly integrated with the project teams. We have developed strong relationships with key PIs throughout the world across several hematologic and oncologic indications. In addition, our structure allows the clinical trial management team to focus on operational execution of the project, versus spending excessive time on project financial tracking.
The CTM position performs as project lead for multiservice clinical trials (some global in scope). The position interacts with sponsors and is directly responsible for managing project timelines and deliverables. This role coordinates all services contracted for the study. CTMs are also responsible for leading a team of CRAs and managing project coordinators.
