Performance Health, a highly successful and fast growing for-profit health care company based in Warrenville, Illinois, is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator that will serve as the lead for Office 365, Azure and AWS platforms and corporate-wide technology operations globally. In this hands on role you will have the opportunity to help shape the future of cloud services within Performance Health s global Office 365, Azure and AWS environments in the Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) function of the Company.
Major Duties

Design, implement and manage Office 365 identity and authentication features, including AAD, AAD connect, single sign-on, maintaining best practice administration.
Design, implement and manage Office 365 security and compliance features, including DLP, data governance, email encryption and threat management.
Administer core Office 365 components such as Exchange, Intune, SharePoint, OneDrive, Skype, etc.
Design, implement and manage additional Office 365 features such as Groups, Teams, Yammer, etc.
Serve as primary administrator and SME regarding Office 365 enterprise licensing and Azure subscriptions
Develop and maintain Office 365 technical roadmaps, making sure to stay aware of recent and upcoming changes and offerings.
Conduct meetings informing team of planned Office 365 changes and impacts to organization.
Manage Azure security, storage, VMs and DRaaS
Maintain Azure DR runbooks and perform regular testing of environment
Provide escalation support for tickets
Issue and Problem Management within areas of responsibility as well as providing assistance to other areas for these items where needed
Creation of outage, crisis management, and remedy plans to improve the quality of services
Maintain production and test tenant environments and all supporting documentation of systems and dependencies
Performs other duties as assigned

Required Skills

Bachelor s in Computer Science, Information Systems, a related field or equivalent work experience
Very strong Office 365 administration skills and architectural background with Office 365 tenants and services
Very strong understanding of cloud security, networking, SaaS principles and identity management
Working knowledge and ability to support AD Connect, DNS, DirSync, ADFS
Comfortable working ticket queue on a daily basis
Expert experience migrating email environments to Exchange Online
Experience with the design and implementation of IaaS, including virtual networks and DRaaS utilizing Azure or AWS
Proven experience using Powershell
An extended track record of success in managing and implementing cloud systems in large, complex multinational businesses
Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, analytical and communications skills
Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional, international team environment with little or no direction
At least 3 years experience with successfully leading projects that implement new IT systems in an organization
Flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing conditions and priorities
Well organized with the ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously
Must have a strong culture of trust, problem-solving, innovation, ownership, and respect
Relevant certifications, experience with Power BI and strong Powershell scripting skills all considered a plus
