* Revise corporate property plan as appropriate

* Review/Update/Write property plans for all SGT contracts.

* Manage Corporate Property Management Software

* Perform annual property audits on programs and SGT equipment

* Assist property custodians with required reports

* Submit government property reports as required. A strong emphasis in NASA Property Electronic Submission System (NESS) is desired.

* Prepare proposal property sections. Write to the requirements.

* Lead contract transition/phase-in property matters

* Coordinate and manage efforts with all programs that have to report GFE and establish procedures, provide guidance, and oversee all annual reporting, including subcontractor reporting.

* Lead all necessary assessments, inspections and audits of Government Property operations by DCMA, DCAA, and other external and internal oversight authorities.

* Lead any necessary responses to oversight authority (e.g. DCMA, DCAA...) Corrective Action Response requests that have a Property component cause or impact.

* Support business partners and subcontractors in achieving and sustaining compliance with all FAR/DFARS regulations relative to property management.

* Experience working in the Government Furnished Property/Government Furnished Equipment (GFP/GFE) discipline and the capability to apply knowledge of FAR Part 45 and Supplements thereof.

* Lead the effort in SGT s search for a corporate Material Management System and Process.


* Ten years of property management experience

* Some college desired.

* Membership in NPMA, DAIWA or IATAM required. NPMA, DAIWA or IATAM certification is strongly desired.
