The Customer Service Representative is a liaise between customers and facility, assist customers, production, design, shipping and account managers on a daily basis. Process orders using various technological applications, provide quotes to sales and customers, track orders and manage warehouse products and various assigned projects.
Candidates must meet the following minimum criteria:
1-2 years customer service experience in the corrugated industry
1-2 years of logistics with experience with the logic and challenge of moving a physical item through a facility and to a customer
Ability to effectively communicate
Ability to effectively work on a team
Basic mathematical skills
Basic technology/computer skills
Candidates will undergo comprehensive interviews. All offers of employment will be contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment drug test and a background check.
