Must be detailed and customer service oriented. Communicate with customers, vendors, County Recorder offices and various business units, via telephone, email and website to procure data and status.
Work with third party companies and County offices to inquire on source/data and negotiate the acquisition of source/data.
Work with onshore and offshore operations team to track and troubleshoot high volumes of document image production.
Process and provide feedback/results on data requests from other Departments
Ability to maintain and publish detailed reports.

Capture and maintain comprehensive documentation on existing and procured data, including but not limited to: contact info, price, existing legal restrictions
Maintain detailed Communications between onshore and offshore partners to ensure timely processing of customer requests
SUPERVISION RECEIVED OR EXTENDED
Works under supervision of manager and more experienced team members. Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.
Actively contributes to the results of a team and works towards achieving team goals and objectives
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS/TECHNOLOGY USED
* Requires a high degree of technical aptitude and proficiency with MS Office, MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Share Point.
Basic computer and network operations required, including FTP (file transfer protocol). Experience with Citrix and Remote Desktop a plus.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Requires a detail oriented, highly motivated, self-starter with strong organizational and office oriented skills who can handle multiple priorities
Must be able to independently manage many different tasks which may be assigned by different individuals and develop solutions as challenges arise
Ability to complete projects accurately and timely
Must be proactive and have a process improvement focus
High School Diploma or equivalent required * Some College preferred
TYPICAL RANGE OF EXPERIENCE
* 2-4 years directly related title, mortgage, real estate, public record experience with an emphasis on recorded documents, deeds of trust, images
* Direct hands on experience utilizing both telephone and e-mail to procure data or other information
* MS Office skills essential.
