WHAT YOU\'LL BE DOING:
- Support the data needs across all business areas that drive the company's activities utilizing tools across all data stores
- Utilize existing processes to develop solutions for new architecture
- Assist in migration between database technologies as new tools are introduced
- Learn and support a variety of database technologies
- Support and troubleshoot data processing and regular data loads
- Consult with internal teams to consistently understand business needs as it relates to data storage, input and export
- Identify areas for improvement, develop solutions and help lead implementation in conjunction with the team
- Assist with special program needs

MUST HAVES:
- Bachelor s degree in a related field
- 2+ years of database development experience, including troubleshooting
- Minimum of 2 years working in one or more ETL tools (DTS, SSIS, etc.)
- A strong desire to learn new technologies
- Experience writing and code-reviewing complex stored procedures
- Ensure data integrity using standard rules, procedures, testing and validation
