We are looking for a Director of eCommerce Digital Marketing to help us create and develop and execute ecommerce strategic and tactical business plans.

As a Director of eCommerce Digital Marketing you will:


Development and execution of eCommerce strategic and tactical business plans with other members of the cross functional team supporting the eCommerce strategy

Drive Relevance and shopper engagement by partnering with brand teams and agency to develop & execute all eCommerce programs, including web content, search, mobile, eCommerce campaigns

Develop and oversee the effective planning and execution of eCommerce content across the websites and online marketing campaigns to provide seamless brand experience across Digital and Omnichannel consumer/shopper

Analyze eCommerce marketing programs and adjust strategy and tactics to increase effectiveness and revenue

Ownership of Digital Asset Management and Content

Position Requirements:

Consumer Marketing


Proven record of marketing success, building brands, building market share, winning in the market through superior strategy, planning and execution.

Outstanding analytical skills, strong experience interpreting test results & drawing conclusions

Strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives

eCommerce & Digital Marketing

Direct responsibility for eCommerce strategy and implementation

Experience in Digital Marketing, advertising, search, Consumer Relationship Management, etc

Managed brands supported by IMC/digital media

Experience with digital fundamentals: developing a integrated communications strategy, websites, search, digital media, CRM/ database marketing, social media, mobile marketing, measurement & optimization

Understanding of media fundamentals and how to evaluate communication plans

Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Experience working with agencies




Leadership position e.g., Marketing Director, in a marketing role in a consumer products company

Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit

Previous experience in a start-up environment is a plus

Ability and willingness to travel

Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

MBA or Master s Degree is preferred.
