A broad pipeline of next-generation medicines is focused principally on four disease areas - breast, ovarian, lung and hematological cancers. As well as other tumor types, these are being targeted through four key platforms - immunotherapy, the genetic drivers of cancer and resistance, DNA damage repair, and antibody drug conjugates, underpinned by personalized healthcare and biomarker technologies. br br /p p b Summary /b /p p Director role reporting to the Head of I-O Franchise Strategy within the global marketing organization with scope for the development and implementation of a strategic and operational plan to deliver a world class launch of the AZ Immuno-Oncology portfolio. Will work collaboratively with all members of the Global Marketing team to ensure clear franchise marketing strategy & robust launch plans, and with key marketing companies to ensure launch readiness for all key indications. /p p b Responsibilities /b /p ul li Delivery of core franchise marketing initiatives (e.g. branding, multi-tumor congresses such as ASCO & ESMO, marketing platforms and services) /li li Play an active role in development and delivery of IO Franchise Brand Strategy Plan /li li Drive IO franchise approach to Launch Readiness & delivery of clear, trackable frameworks to marketing companies (e.g. KPIs, operational guidance) /li li Collaborate with tumor launch directors in providing support and guidance to marketing companies to ensure franchise launch readiness /li li Collaborate with Marketing Companies and global partners (e.g. IT & capability teams) to ensure optimal capability-build for IO (e.g. KAM requirements and systems, core training programs) /li li Support Global Marketing with preparation for governance and requisite compliance reviews /li li Collaborate with Global Brand Team including Medical Affairs, Diagnostics, GA&I, OPEP in delivery of high impact tactics to support delivery of the global launch plan /li li Accountable for operational implementation of designated programs /li /ul
