e-Learning Operations Manager/ Learning Excellence Director:
This company is currently seeking a Learning Excellence Director to join their team! This individual will provide leadership and operational oversight of staff members in the development of new resources introduced by the organization?s content strategy team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and collaborative skills to develop structured organizational goals; strong analytical skill to examine and resolve issues that arise that may compromise the organization?s future growth; and the willingness to make business decisions to facilitate the growth of the organization.

Duties
? You will ensure authentic leadership and development of team members by coaching others for individual development and by promoting all Human Resources systems.
? Assure effective operational leadership by managing staff and fiscal resources and collaborating with other departments to promote products through marketing and communication strategies
? Manage effective systems and support for comprehensive development, implementation, and analysis of the organization?s e-Learning tools and resources
? Direct development and integration of comprehensive structures and systems to optimize the customer?s e-Learning experience

Skill Required
? Bachelor?s required; Master?s degree preferred
? Experience leading and collaborating with cross- functional teams in the creation of successful new initiatives and products that meet or exceed organizational objectives related to customer satisfaction, growth and loyalty, and financial health
? Minimum 10 years of operations management experience managing individuals who are responsible for production management or product design
? Knowledge across many functional areas including product management, technology and learning theory
? Strong project management skills, with emphasis on planning, design launch and evaluation of goods
? Excellent written and verbal skills
? Strategic thinker and problem solver
? Demonstrated knowledge of issues affecting critical care nursing and health care preferred
