JOB DESCRIPTIONCLIENT BACKGROUND: Leading financial provider in the global market providing an innovative approach and strong corporate culture focused on developing relationships internally as well as within the global footprint. Offering solutions to corporate and investment banking as well as global market and asset management.
* 8-10years of eDiscovery experience within BANKING or FINANCIAL sectors
* Senior leadership or Director experience
* Working understanding of meta data, edate, technology and legal compliance within the financial sector
* Bachelor or Master's Degree
The eDiscovery Client Request Manager will serve as the primary liaison between the eDO Team and our internal clients. The candidate will be a senior representative who possesses a professional background in operational and legal eDiscovery. The candidate's experience will guide internal clients to attain requested data in the most expeditious fashion to support their business need. The candidate would further possess a meticulous understanding of the data collection processes within a global financial services environment and can anticipate questions from their internal clients. This position requires a solid understanding of the EDRM model and a basic understanding of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure as they pertain to eDiscovery. Furthermore, the candidate will build a world-class, best practices operational data collections team.
