Job Description
The eLearning Instructional Designer will design and develop curriculum for print and online training courses. Responsible for managing instructional development process, setting standards in the design of curriculum and instruction, development of learning resources, and retooling of courses and course segments for electronic delivery methods.�
Additional Responsibilities will include:

Work with Subject Matter Experts (SME�� s) to create training curriculum for classroom and online courses.
-Create project plans for curriculum development projects.
-Meet deadlines and ensure timely completion and delivery of instructional design projects.

Collaborate with team on instructional design projects and manage online course development.
-Consult with team on optimal design of curriculum and instruction and effective uses of multimedia.
-Manage course projects from inception to completion.
-Develop curriculum guides for courses and/or program components.
-
Design and supervise production of learning resources in variety of formats including print, graphics, audio, video, and animation technologies to support curriculum offerings.
-Provide design and production assistance to the team in the development of electronic delivery methods.
-
As technology and software development products advance, explore and make recommendations for multimedia software.
Requirements:
In addition to the responsibilities listed above, the ideal candidate will adhere to the following criteria:
-3-5 years of experience developing and overhauling multi-media curriculum including:
-Print Material
-WebDesign and Computer Modules
-Frequent utilization of multimedia and authoring tools.
-Proven ability to design and improve performance measurement.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Demonstrated Technical writing skills.
-Capable of absorbing and communicating a variety of product knowledge.
Education requirements:

Bachelor�� s Degree in Instructional/Curriculum Design, Marketing, Mass Communication, or similar program.�
