Job Purpose / Objective

* Provide high-level administrative and analytical support to executive leader/s or executive team

* Position interfaces with high level internal and external constituents and must represent CBIZ and the respective executive leader and / or team in the highest professional manner

* Self-starter, problem solver, with an engaging personality, drive for success and eager to take on new things

Billing, as well as possible roles within tax processing function * Respond to requests, manage correspondence, receive visitors, arrange conference calls, and schedule meetings efficiently and thoughtfully

Essential Functions and Primary Duties

* Handle high level administrative tasks including summary and management of information to aid leaders in making business decisions, ability to work with internal leaders as well as external contractors on implementation of business change as well as process improvements.

* Highly skilled at handling large amounts of information and the presentation thereof in a concise manner.

* Highly skilled at handling multiple priorities through to completion.

Prioritize and compose executive materials to include correspondence, memos, spreadsheets, agendas and presentation materials
*

Prudently manage confidential and critical information
*

Read, prioritize and distribute all forms of incoming correspondence
*

Plan and oversee preparation for on and off-site meetings, attend meetings to record minutes, as needed
*

Schedule and maintain executive s calendar to include arranging travel
*

File and retrieve business documents, records, and reports
*

Prepare copies of material as needed
*

Greet callers and visitors, assess needs and provide solutions, as needed
*

Prepare billing in accounting system for invoicing clients * Organize, file and prepare tax documentsfor processing/filing/mailing

Qualifications Required

*

High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor s degree preferred
*

5 years of executive administrative experience in an office environment, preferably in a professional services firm
*

Demonstrate ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
*

Exceptional organizational skills required
*

Experience with MicroSoft Office Suite of Products

Preferred Qualifications:

*

High attention to detail and technology skills
*

Self-starter, with confidence, and able to work in a high function team environment * Financial billing experience in a service environment e.g. Accounting/Law/Architectural firm
