The Spokane Club is actively recruiting for a new Executive Chef. The Spokane Clubs Executive Chef must possess the creativity necessary to enhance member dining and catered events as well as be able to develop and execute member special events. The Chefs primary responsibility will be to provide a consistent and superb dining experience for the membership and club guests. The successful candidate will oversee all foodservice to include, formal dining, casual dining, deli and catering. Property Description The Spokane Club is the premier recreation and business club in the Inland Northwest. It was founded in 1890 and has an active membership of 2,400 memberships representing about 6,500 individual members. The Spokane Clubs Clubhouse is a 1910 historic landmark designed by the noted architect Kirtland Cutter (55,000 sq. ft.). Other club facilities include: an athletic facility (70,000 sq. ft.) and a racquet and fitness facility (75,000 sq. ft.). The club offers combined comprehensive amenities, including 44 hotel rooms, eight banquet rooms seating up to 225, 120-seat bistro style restaurant and bar, two deli/espresso bar cafes, two conditioning rooms, full and half-court basketball facilities, ten handball/racquetball courts, two indoor pools, nine locker rooms with sauna and steam, child care and youth facilities, six indoor and four outdoor tennis courts, and five group exercise rooms.
