Description:

The main function of the Field Merchandising Representative is to work in all phases of merchandising, distribution and sales of BBU Brands in his/her assigned area. He/she needs to develop and maintain a rapport with store operation personnel at all levels, and communicate to all BBU brands operation management. Principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to the following:

-Assist in delivery of product for big events and promotions
-Participate in resets when necessary
-Help in the building of displays during key promotional events
-Participate in product merchandising, pull forward and backroom pack out, where needed
-Help Management team with record keeping of Bakery Plan-o-grams and Fixtures information for all stores.
-Identify and respond to opportunities for growth
-Improving Space and Permanent fixtures through in store selling efforts
-Review programs and sales results with store personnel
-Effectively communicate with store management as well as company management through verbal and written progress reports.
-Work in all phases of route operations.

Position Requirements:

Computer skills
Valid drivers license
Ability to work weekends and varying work schedules

Excellent communication skills
Able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
1-3 years DSD Sales or Customer Service experience preferred, but not required
