As a Firmwide PMO Project Manager, it s your job to serve as a project manager with broad and detailed functional process and technical knowledge with a focus in Human Resources and business platform integration. You will lead projects with a high degree of complexity that require significant investment, time, money and resources; you will also be responsible for change management, providing and/or coordinating all project related communications and training.
What You Will Do
Perform all aspects of project management, including project planning, scope management, scheduling and managing multiple concurrent projects globally
Manage delivery of complex projects for one or more business functions, with a focus on projects in Human Resources as well as other related infrastructure groups
Manage delivery/communications/training that exceed business expectations, deliver to schedule, and deliver to budget
Provide global and cross-functional leadership to project teams
Work closely with senior management in the communication of project scope and effectiveness as well as working closely with analysts, development teams, quality assurance, and other teams to define comprehensive project plans
Bachelors or Master s Degree
Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience desired with track record of high performance, especially in Human Resources related projects
PMP Certification or relevant project management experience
Experience working with HRIS systems (Workday is a plus) and ADP.Experience with ERP systems (Deltek Vision is a plus) and CRM systems is a plus
Experience with Smartsheet, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, Jira and/or similar project management tools
Ability to manage projects using Agile, waterfall or hybrid methodologies
