We are building a Virtual CCAP solution. That involves VHDL, Verilog, SystemC, UVM and C. We are looking for a FPGA Design Engineer to join our team to design, implement and verify key parts of our technology.


Document design proposals, code, verify and work with system test on delivery of FPGA features of a distributed cable access platform system. Partake in design and code reviews.
Work at different abstraction levels including High Level Synthesis, C, RTL, Simulations, Ethernet.
Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (EDUCATION, TECHNICAL SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE)

* Solid understanding of RTL Design languages like VHDL and Verilog.
* Hands-on knowledge designing for FPGA implementation
* Familiar with QAM and OFDM modulation techniques
* Practical knowledge of best coding/design practices and patterns, optimizations and scaling
* Strong coding, debugging, algorithm design and problem solving skills
* Excellent written and oral skills
* Self-driven with ability to work under strict timelines
* 5 years of experience
* MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (EDUCATION, TECHNICAL SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE)

Familiar with High Level Synthesis in C.
Hands-on experience with latest Xilinx toolchain.
Layer-2 and Layer-3 networking Protocols.
Familiarity with the CableLabs DOCSIS standard
Familiarity with Access technology: Cable or Telco.
Familiarity with continuous integration tools and techniques such as: GIT, Jenkins and JIRA
