Frontend Developer Digital Marketing Specialist

Job SummaryShape your futureBe the Subject Matter Expert (SME) regarding digital experience platform and establish a consultative relationship with internal department resources as well as international partners. Priority focus on functionality, minor development (desktop and mobile) of Page Layouts and Components, Landing Pages, User Interfaces, Form development, Video Portal, Digital Assets and Content. Management of Workflows and approvals, Reporting and Analytics.Work alongside with Implementation Partner and internal/International partners to understand project deliverables and influence key decisions as the system is being configured and customized. Maintain day-to-day activity and support of Sitecore Experience Platform 8.x to acquire knowledge to support the systemWork with Translation Service Providers to keep track of projects and activities of content in the queue sent for translationConduct Online and in person training sessions to enable resources to use Sitecore for the management of their content. Develop online and printed User GuidesWork with SME at the various departments to develop test scripts and execute UAT testingUnderstand and collaborate with Marketing to enable Marketing Automation, Campaign Management and Email Campaigns. Understand data migrations and integration needs with downstream or upstream systemsProvide lunch and learns to internal resources and International partners to help define system capabilities and recommend best practices to increase return on investment and help generate new leads/Customer and referrals.Understand and analyze the data being captured in the Experience Database (xDB) of Sitecore and share reporting and dashboards with internal staff. Develop, Update and Tweak engagement plans as deemed necessary by the businessQualificationsLeave your footprintSitecore certified with 3+ years of experience developing web applications with Sitecore 8.xStrong technical hands on knowledge of Sitecore including best practices and features.Good understanding of Web development, information architecture, CMS, integrated technologies and Digital (Experience) MarketingAbility to map loosely defined business requirements to specific technical solutionsExperience in design and development of multi lingual / multi country websites. Strong experience in high level and detailed solution design and build validation.Experience in content migration projects and Cloud hosted infrastructure (AWS or Azure)Excellent communication skillsWork independently or with teams to drive progress and successBenefits Be rewarded
