As a leading electronics manufacturing solution provider, we identify and work with the world s best original equipment manufacturers to bring their products to life through design, test development, and electronics manufacturing. We have an immediate need for a Human Resources Generalist who will primarily be dedicated to supporting our talent acquisition efforts across multiple locations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND COMPETENCIES
Demonstrates confidentiality * Demonstrates effective presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal * Demonstrates effective interpersonal skills and creativity * Demonstrates discretion and independent judgment * Demonstrates knowledge of federal and state employment regulations * Demonstrates effective organizational skills * Able to work weekends and off-shifts as needed * Travels to other Benchmark locations as needed
QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Responsible for full cycle recruitment from requisition initiation to on boarding * In partnership with the HR Team will be leading talent acquisition efforts supporting multiple locations for all levels and disciplines
3+ years working experience in full cycle recruiting preferred; Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred; Strong working knowledge of labor laws is desirable
4-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience as approved by executive management; CIR and/or PHR/SPHR certification preferred
