Kleinfelder has an exciting opportunity for a project-level Hydrogeologist to become a part of our growing site assessment and remediation team.
This position will be based in our Riverside office. This position will be supporting contracts for the Navy, the DTSC, ExxonMobil, General Atomics, Alsco and other long-term and important clients/projects located throughout the United States. Performs primarily hydrogeology related engineering or scientific work on client projects including: preparing complex plans, reports, specifications, analyses and calculations, groundwater flow and fate and transport modeling; independently evaluate, select and recommend techniques, procedures, and criteria to perform technical tasks, field tasks, studies and analysis; manage project tasks; and develop and maintain client relationships.
Experience: 7 - 10 years of related experience or 5 years related experience with MS or 3 years of related experience with PhD.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Geology with Hydrogeology coursework, or related field or equivalent combination of experience and education required. Candidate should be a California Professional Geologist or qualify for testing within 1 year.
